Case: Yellow gold hunter case, Case no. 1355 with intertwined-back-to-back GG makers mark [similar to Chanel], Hinged gold cuvette signed "Exposition de Moscou 1891, MI Chronometre, Mon B. Haas Jne, Brevetee, Geneve - Paris", glazed display cover, 61mm.

Dial: White enamel, gold Louis XV hands, Roman numerals, with subsidiary dials for constant seconds, day, date & month, moon phase and split seconds timing.

Movement: Nickel, bi-metallic balance with blued steel balance spring with Breguet overcoil with square polished steel kidney piece, capped pallet pivots, lever with counterpoise.

Made circa 1900. Very fine and very rare, large 18K pink gold, keyless, minute-repeating, pocket watch with triple date calendar, moon phases and split-seconds chronograph with 30-minute register. Five-body, "bassine et filets", polished, buttons in the band for the start/ stop and return-to-zero and the split-seconds functions of the chronograph. Hinged gold cuvette engraved "Exposition de Moscou 1891" with engine- turned border, hinged gold-rimmed glazed cover to view the movement. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, outermost 1/5th seconds track calibrated from 0-300, four subsidiary dials for the days of the week, date, months concentric with 30-minute register with red numerals, subsidiary seconds, moon phase aperture with luner calendar on the edge. Gold Louis XV hands. Cal. 21''', rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 36 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance-spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide in the band.
